I am reading the Poisonwood Bible. I've had it for a couple years, but just getting around to it. DD just finished reading The Fellowship of the Ring; I thought she did well to get through it in a month.

Does anyone use icq anymore? We wiped out Windows and reloaded it and I have to decide what to put back on. It's kind of nice to have an uncluttered disk drive and desktop. And the 'puter is working soooo much better.

This is what my darling daughter does for fun: she plays The Sims, a computer game where you build houses and put people in them and they get jobs and get married etc. She has been letting her houses catch on fire and letting the people die in the fires, because she thinks the gravestones that result make the house look cool. :( Heaven help me.... If I didn't know her as I do, I would think she needed counseling.
