No, I haven't really thought of taking a multi vitamin. I am the worst person to remember to take pills anyways...as terrible as that may sound. Thanks for the advice! I've been feeling a lot better today...maybe it could have been something going around...some sort of bug.

Good Morning again . . .

Still not feeling up to par . . . partly because my blood sugar levels are still being so erratic . . . hope it gets back in sync soon. At least our weather is still being really, really kind to us. Keep it coming Mama Nature.

Kittens (and cats) are being good. Eating is pretty good. Exercise (well ).

Have a great day gang . . . See you later . . .

Hi everyone!
Went to a balloon fest last night, and did pretty well. I was dying for a fried dough, but then DH found a booth that had a sliced fresh apple with some caramel sauce on it.
It was a small scoop of sauce, and it really hit the spot. I imagine I saved quite a few calories exchanging that for fried dough!!

have a great weekend everyone!!

Good Morning Gang . . .

Silly weather report for today says mild and sunny . . . so far it is cloudy and windy? Just had a nice breakfast of HF cereal with mixed berries and skim milk.

Pretty good eating day yesterday, too, and the scale says 227 this morning . . . of course, since it doesn't count . . . by Wednesday, when it does? -- only the scale knows what he may feel like by then.

Nothing too exciting on my agenda for today . . . need some apples and egg whites, so guess I'll have to do a little grocery run . . . other than that SSDD. Hope you all have a great moving and shaking good time on the go. See you soon . . .

High Fibre Cereal -- like All-Bran or Fibre One. I use one called Fibre First -- 46 grams of carb and 26 grams of fibre per cup -- that is only available in Canada so I tend to describe it just in a general way since most people on 3FC have never heard of that particular brand.

Good Morning . . .

Northern Nova Scotia is feeling darned cold today -- only 13C/55F as a predicted high. If the sun would come out it might warm up a bit. Oh well, they are predicting better stuff for the rest of the week. Hope they are right.

My weight is below ticker for the second day in a row and I'm beginning to hold out hope for my 'official' number on Wednesday.

Hope everybody has a great day . . . see you later . . .

Meowee - thanks for the definition.
DH calls those really high fiber cereals "colon blow" LOL!
They don't bother me though, as I shoot for 25 grams of fiber a day, so my body is used to it.

Even when I stop NutriSystem -I am going to continue to order their breakfast pancakes. 12 grams of fiber and and 11 grams of protein per serving! Plus they taste good and are very versatile.

Made it through football day without any issues. DH remarked at how in control I was over my cashews LOL. I am a cashew fiend, and allow myself 6 whole nuts per day as a fat serving. So far, I have stuck to that and not grabbed a big hand full, as I have been known to do on multiple occasions!

Here's to a downward trend on tickers this week!.

Hey ladies! I joined Curves! I really think that this will help me tone. Not to mention it will be really easy (for me) once I'm already out the door dropping my daughter off at school to just continue to the gym. I start tomorrow!! Yay! I'm really excited about this. Hopefully this will get a few inches off my hips and butt so I can fit comfortably in the plane seat come December. And I went for a brisk walk well over an hour this morning with my friend. Feeling good! Hope you all had a great weekend!

TTFN!

Here I am again . . .

It is Tuesday . . . the sun was shining for a few minutes, but has decided to retreat again. All is relatively quiet on the feline front -- although there was some chewing of TP going on overnight. Freckle is the prime suspect.

Nothing to much is new with me. Weight is still holding at 226.2. Tomorrow you will see either a or a depending on what the FFM and scale decide.

See you later . . .

Good luck Linda on your weigh-in tomorrow!

Hey to everyone else! How are you all doing? I'm feeling really in control these past two days. I did my first workout at Curves and boy that sure gets your heart rate up and sweat going! It was really good. I went for an hour and ten minute walk before too! Yippee!

Have a great day!
TTFN!

Good for you Tina!

I am going out to dinner with DH tonight. He won the week's football picks - and chose a place I am a bit nervous about. Going to give them a call and see if there is anything grilled on the menu. Not losing control, no way!!
I feel like I am on a roll now.

Thanks for everyone's support!!

Hang in there LORI . . . surely they serve salad . . . fill up on that -- even if you have to order double.

well - arrived for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to see a menu full of healthy choices! I had a turkey sandwich on wheat with a side salad. Plus 2 bites of hubby's calzone (yum!!!).

What a relief! Now if he wants to go there again I can agree with pleasure!
