Now, if you were doing You On A Diet.....the fruits are very important to have and the grains need to be whole grains. Stay away from the High Fructose Corn Syrup that is in almost everything. Eat foods in their natural form or as close as possible. I think we all have our own individual body chemistry and what may have worked for your hubby, may not work for you. And also, what worked for him in the past may not work for him in the future. I did weight watchers when I was in high school but the new changes to the program do not work for me personally now. I think it is because there is too much flexible planning.

Evening Ladies
I am back home now but came home a bad cold so still not eating right and tomorrow is my WW meeting so I will see just how bad I was I can not believe how poorly my step daughter and her family eat I always have to stop and buy fruit and veggies because they do not have any in there house the whole family is over weight they eat out way to much

With this cold I have I spent most of the day in bed and have not eaten very much today i feel a little better now and I hope I will feel better tomorrow i missed my exercise class today but hope to go back on friday

I will let you all know how my weigh in goes tomorrow night

I started out in the original thread (I think it was in the introduction forum or something) anyway... I kinda fell off the bus. (Obviously) But I'm back at 3FC and I just came across this thread and it made me happy to see that some of the same people are still here and going strong! So yeah I'm back... I don't know if anyone will remember me or not but it doesn't really matter I guess.

my dh and i made a great bean soup (we're pretending the weather is changing) last night and we throw a loaf of whole grain bread in the oven with a small bit of butter and cheese on it - oh my goodness...divine. :dizzy:

tonight is butternut squash soup night! :carrot:

Morning to all I went to my WW meeting thursday night and was surprized by the fact i did not gain any weight but also did not lose ant either so I did OK for not tracking for 13 days Back to counting points
I am staring to feel better but still some what congested in my chest I did not go to exercise class on Wed or fri but will go back on Mon I will post weight on Monday Have a good weekend Ladies

I am scared of a gain this week....I went out of control on Wednesday night and haven't been able to bring it all back in yet. I ordered the 'Bean' and I guess it may take almost 3 weeks to get it? You do exercises on it instead of the ball...more stable because you know how clutzy I am. Have a great weekend!!!!

Haha, I have a ball that I paid big bucks for that is just collecting dust. The most use it's gotten in the past 6 months is when my husband had to entertain a 2-yr old we were babysitting. I was wondering about the bean, let me know how it goes for you...

Morning Ladies

I think I finally got this WW stuff if it says 1 cup you measure 1 cup just because some fods are 0 points like a lot of veggies are within reason you can eat a lot of them!!

i weighed in this morning and am down 2 lbs I can do this I will get to my goal weight its just taking longer than I thought, but if you look at it how long did it take to put the weight on?

Down 3 pounds this week!!!!! Yay.....I must be doing something right because I was sure I would show a gain this week!!!!! I even weighed several times to make sure I was seeing correctly!!!!! Rock on!!!!

Congrats on the lose Kim, tomorrow is my WW weigh in I can do this in fact i am going to do this We all can do this and will I have found that I have to measure the food you can't just fiqure that it looks like a cup I have to measure so it is a cup

More stable than a stability ball. You work your core muscles.....crunches and such. It is shaped like a bean; hence the name 'BEAN'. Here is the web site
