New year, new me!

Ha, ha, ha, chuckle      I'm with you, Bagzie, no more pretending that I will ever become perfect. I guess you'll all just have to learn to love the imperfect me.

Kiwi, what a great idea! I love the idea of good works cows. How thoughtful of you, and I've got to tell you it's something I've never received for Christmas before.

Peaches, why do you need the ring? You're sounding like a wife already.;) Of course you should expect one for Valentines Day. Let him know in advance. Not that I had to tell you that.

We saw Lord of the Rings yesterday. Way too long and I guess I was expecting some sort of an end to it. I guess we have to wait for the other 2 movies for that. My other gripe was that the theater was freezing cold, the popcorn was just little crumbly things, and kids were running around & a guy was talking on his cell phone like he was in his own private theatre. It was not a positive movie going experience.

I had a nice New Years. We went over to a friends house, and quietly celebrated with one other couple. The six of us watched movies and ate snacky stuff and managed to stay awake until 12:00. We also did a holiday open house at another friends place on Saturday night. I think it may have been Sugar's friend. Very yahty yahty.

Oh, and Sugar, I'd love some money. Anytime.

This thread is too long

I'm starting a new one.

I agree with Wabby

about the Rings movie.

But I don't agree with Wabby about THE ring. I plainly let him know I wanted one for Christmas but NOOOOOOOOOOO, he is just TOOOOOOOOOOOO stubborn or something.

I like this page 2 thing. Makes us seem important, I feel. So I will tell a kitty story.

This black and white beautiful kitty cat was in Herbie's yard a week or so before Christmas. It ran to me when called. It ate and ate and ate and ate. A couple of days later, Herbie's kids and grandkids came over and one grandgirl works with a no-kill kitty shelter. She wanted to wash the kitty. One of her daily duties I guess. (She's 15)

The kitty's ears were gross. Covered with fleas or mites or something in rows. So next day I took her to the vet where it was said she had a respitory infection. We treated her, had her spayed, and gaver her to Herbie's dd who has never had a cat inside the house and who has told me they're creepy.

But she's a sweet woman and she has a 14-yo autistic son who wants one. She's trying it out.

The End. Love, Peachhips
