Good morning gals! Just a quick post as I have to get upstairs and shower in a minute. I am taking Jack to work today so I can run some errands, get my hair cut and my nails done. My hair has run amok as it hasn't been cut in a couple months. I was trying to work it out so it needed to be cut right before we go on vacation and to do that I had ot let it go an extra couple weeks. It is driving me nuts!

I finally got a pattern for my dil's scarf I could manage and have started it. I am going to work on it all weekend so I can mail it out to her the first of the week for her birthday, which is next Saturday. I also sent her a cute Macy's gift card that comes with this pink rubberized compact with the card inside it.

Jean: Oh, sorry. I am so used to talking to knitting people who use the word frogging. It is where you, "rip it, rip it." So it is a take on froggy language! :D It has been sunny here pretty much everyday then it comes a pour down every evening. We can use the rain though except it has swollen the back door and it is sticking.

I saw the owner of the condo next door out in the backyard talking so I wanted to find out if they kicked the people out. Well, I was right about the drug dealing. I guess he has been getting calls from everyone from a nosy neighbor down the street who is on our board, to the manager of the complex to the cops, who did an undercover buy at the house. The lady on the lease has a teenager dd and 3 little grandkids living with her and they are on the lease. She has another woman there who isn't and this woman was the drug dealer. He told her she could move or get rid of the woman not on the lease. I guess the woman who is on the lease works two jobs and leaves at 5 am and doesn't get home until midnight so that is why I have never seen her except that once. Also why she doesn't know what is going on in her house???? Yeah, right like you don't ask ??? when there are people at your house in the middle of the night. We sure can't seem to get decent renters next door.

Well, I hear Jack so I want to go and get the bed made. We are going to the new Harry Potter movie tonight so we shall see how good it is. Date night for us, dinner at Chili's and a movie.
