I have been weighing myself every day and it seems like the wieght loss has come to a standstill. Soo, I thought I would eat a little on the high point side today to see if I can get it moving again.

coffee with sweetener & milk (co-worker couldn't start day without) 1 pt.
Lunch:
grilled chicken burger (chicken brst, 1 T. mayo, bun, lettuce, tomato) 9 pt.
fries (1/2 serving) 5 pt.
cole slaw (1/4 c.) 1.5 pt.
Supper:
1 shrimp .5 pt.
1/2 sl. beef 2 pt.
1 c. noodles 4.5
sauce 1.5 pt.
cookies (3) 4.5
water: 9 glasses
Total: 32 points so far
I know this was over the range of points, but I did have points banked to accommodate this. Tomorrow it is back OP until Christmas.
