thanks lorra im ok w it though. congrats on your loss! i started a weeek ago yest&am dn almost 6 lbs but as i said i got dn to 145 so im still holdin 5 lbs&the next few weeks aint gonna be easy bc i have company coming next week & 2 luncheons to go to but i will do my best to stay op w/o feeling deprived.

thats good for T :) No, I never did make it. My car has all these surprises and I don't want to chance it right now. That special ends the 13th of Oct so I need to get up there before then to get the discount. I forgot what was your goal weight?

hey l,

im sorry to hear that. well im severely injured once again my bk again i cant take this i can hardly walk i hope i dont gain too much. i had pizza last night and a ww pbj yest and wqent out tonight to dinner, have a lunch tue afternoon and having out of staters thur night all weekend. i just worked my booty off literally to get where i am(was 147.8 yest at weekly wi) my ultimarte goal is 125-130. all i can say is god bless carb pills bc ive been taking them before i eat fatty white carb meals like pizza and fries and i think it helps.

Wow so close to goal A...Sorry about your back :( I had a huge awful headache Friday night. Was sooo painfull. I could move, noise and light were killing me too. I finally got to sleep and woke the next day still having a headache. Not as bad but I hope that never hits me again. I remember having headaches really bad when i was a teenager and i hope it isn't something that will happen again anytime soon. I did get out of the 250's...I seen 249.8 on the scale Saturday morning. Hopefully by this time next month I will be bringing the 230's back to my scale.

hehe...I know I couldn't lose 20....maybe 15 but no way 20. I seen a new low this afternoon ..... 247.6 :D YAY!!!! I'm almost at my ten pound mark. My start weight was 255 :eek:

here too l:) just sucessfully got through a very rough couple of days. weve had company w us since thur night and it was junk junk junk all day every day and im proud of myself that i ate only core foods and only indulged 2x-pizza and a bowl of ic-too bad the dam scale didnt show my effort-i was up almost 5 lbs at wi!!! i was hopin it was all the alleeve i was taking but i stopped fri night and though i was dn 1 today since my wi, i thought itd be more

GOOD FOR YOU A YAY!!! Hard work huh? I took on your plan with the eat good during the week then only have the no no foods when I eat out. It's working:D....I'm not really doing WW I'm just eating LESS food and lower calories and I only cheat when I eat out. Last week I ate out twice so I didn't lose as much as I wanted but a loss is a loss right? Slowly starting to add some exercise. I'm pretty proud of myself I'm on week 3 ...hmmm or is it four? I do know I'm down 7 pounds. Hopefully by the time my body needs less calories everything will be sqaured away with the car and I can start the meetings.....I'm sure they will come up with another special so no worries.

You are all doing so well. I am so proud of you. Me, I am just plugging away about a lb a week. Sometimes a bit more. It is slow going but it is going :) I have 24lbs less to lose today than I had 5 months ago.

wtg lorra thats awesome!!! yes a loss is a loss. you know its funny now that my dad is home i dont eat out anymore unless its lunch w a good friend which is only 1-2x times month, but i still order in 1x week. keep pluggin!

im doing ok w my food but i fell off exercise. that alleve also did a number on the scale but its going down again.

a little intro: im 36, live in ny, soon to be TN and i have a cat named virgil. im following the ww core plan and over time have gone from 193.6 to 150.6.

Wendy’s Frosty | Serves 1 - Core plus zero points

1 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp ff Cool Whip (0 points)
2 Tbsp sf/ff chocolate pudding mix
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
7-8 ice cubes –add more cubes for a thicker shake

Whip all together in blender for about 30 seconds or so until thick and smooth.

Variations:
1. Choco-Banana Shake: Add 1/2 a banana for a thicker, more shake-like consistency.
2. Strawberry Frosty: Substitute vanilla- or cheesecake-flavored pudding mix, and use frozen unsweetened strawberries in place of the ice. You may need to only use 1 Tbsp. pudding—test it first for sweetness.

note ff cool whip isn't core but 2 tablespoons is zero points. count points if you use more. I like it with cool whip but you can leave it out if you wish

I have found I love fit day. I really only worry about keeping my fat down to 35 grams or less and I tend to keep an eye on the carbs at bit more since I have fit day. Keeping my portions to normal instead of super sized has helped this.

When someone told me about the site. We put everything in for a week but didn't worry about what it said other than fat. We decided about how much of everything I wanted to take in, figured it all from what is allowed for 2,000 diet and changed it for 1400 calorie diet. Doc had already told me 1200 to 1400 give or take. After a week we checked all the amounts fit day said I took in. I was within all of the amounts I had set for myself. So, I just worry about the fat intake and everything else seems to be taking care of itself.

hey renee!:)

sounds like a plan. i dont do well w lower carbs thats why i like ww core i dont recommend 1200 esp if you exercise. your body will hit starve mode and you wont go anywhere.

Have really been working on this and fit day helps. 21 day goals helps too, I make sure I eat 4 times = 2 full meals. Doc says 6 times a day = 3 full meals. I am getting there. You are right 1200 is to low I should be closer to staying around 1400. Got up there 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I have also been sick so if I got in at least 1,000 to 1200 I was doing good. Feeling much better this week but still all mucky. Congested and that doesn't make one want to eat. Have done much much better this week. I just checked my average for the last 11 days is 1194. Still not enough. Going to have to go for higher calorie foods and yet not raise my fat or carbs.

Guess that is why I am on the " Rennie " plan lol. I don't do without anything but just have it in small amounts. Before i got all congested like this i was doing real well. I don't really count stuff but when I did check I was staying around 1400, 35 fat and 210 carbs. Right on track.

you must have counted something to be able to enter it into fit day though. im all for small amounts of processed foods but io dont worry about the rest. i just listen to my body.

I just take the information right off the packages. What I meant was I don't worry about calories or things like that. I eat what I want. Only thing I ever really worry about it keeping my fat down. I am never going to count all my calories and see if I have enough left for a stick of gum lol.

Was just something i picked lol. Was easy to count, and I wanted to lower the cholesterol and the doc said, you lower the fat everything follows. She was right.

I have decided green olives are a gift from God. Only one brand, must be the brine they are in. I just love the things. I fit them in all times of the day lol. 4 or 5 of them have 2 grams of fat. What more could a person want for a snack lol.

andrea, hello lora. I never like olives before. Have no idea why they all of a sudden are the perfect snack food lol. I say " Do you know how many olives you could have instead of that?" the hubby laughes at me, " You and your olives."

Oh 145, I will see that someday lol. Good for you. You get back to it and then away you go to more weight loss.

hey renee! thanks yea io kinda had some probs a few months bk and was gaining. you will get there too! sounds like your dh should read picture perfect weight loss-it shows you pics of different foods and theyre cal. value and compare it to healthier options of the same value usually resulting in more food for less or equal.

I am doing really well on the weight loss so I am not to worried about it. I have only ever wanted 1lb a week. That is about what I am doing, little more here and there. 22 weeks 26lbs.

I just know me. I will never stick with eating things a certain way, having to count everything I eat. Not eating something because " I shouldn't have it" I eat what I want, just keeping the serving size in mind. Fit day is kind of nice because none of us want a lot of fat or carbs in our diets. To much of a good thing isn't good for us.

I had no idea how to " diet " before. Never had to worry about my weight until this weight gain happen from meds. So I didn't even try. Thought hmmm if I keep the fat down everything should be ok. I was on the right track lol, have just tweaked it a bit here and there since the first few weeks.

Picture perfect weight loss. Will see if I can find it on the net. Do they have ways to eat strawberry/banana crepes lol.
