hefty! ~thanks my little ones love it my 2 year old goes aroung saying shake that booty after she sees it

It is freezing here. It is very depressing nobody wants to get out of bed in the mornings. The power company uped it's rates again at least that is what someone told me today. man pretty soon nobody is gonna be able to afford power.

Yep . . . and let's not even think about gasoline . . . :mad:

Anyway, :wave: gang . . . have a great moving and shaking day . . . pretty soon that will be the only way we can stay warm in Atlantic Canada. Cold and rainy weekend ahead; but at least the snow has melted again. Not much on my agenda for the long weekend. Hope the rest of the country has a better weekend weather-wise.

i wish we had nice weather here in new brunswick . it is suppose to rain for the next couple of days and it seems like its been a week already . you're right meowee it is just depressing :( i could so just sleep for the next few days .

The weather here is crappy too rain rain and more rain I haven't been walking its about the only thing I like to do and the eating thing well its not been so great either, I need to pull up my boot straps. I am such a carb craver lol I look at my fitday and cringe!

Really nothing of news - just plodding along... well, that's news, I suppose! Just have a veg-out weekend, but still eating well... not as much walking as I should, though.

Hi everybody . . . :hug:

OMG . . . it's still raining. And if that isn't nasty enough, my water heater has sprung a leak -- just great on a Sunday and a long weekend -- I have a call in for the plumber. Shudder to think what this is going to cost me (if he even calls me back - hope he isn't away for the weekend). :mad:

Obviously I'm not feeling too chatty -- the laundry room is turning into a mini swimming pool and the water is soaking the hall broadloom -- see you later. :(

Oh I eat them I adapt the recepies to suit me. like using Splenda and WW flour. I also think it is opk to have something once in a while just not all the time.
