Beat The Bulge~ Game 16!!
 
April 30,2007-May 28,2007

Heres the "RULES":

Exercise
2 Points for every half hour of exercise
*HALF points are allowed*

Water
1 point for every 1/4 gallon/1 litre/32 oz.

Meals
2 points for every healthy meal (max 3 meals a day)
*yes, some of us eat more than 3 meals a day but they will be considered snacks after the first 3!

Snacks
1 point for every healthy snack



1 point for not eating anything after 8:30 PM

5 points for every pound and/or inch lost!!


Minus Points

-deduct 2 points for every unhealthy meal
-deduct 1 point for every unhealthy snack

Ok, I admit I've been slacking big time! I'm sick of it and finally ate myself sick tonight, so gross to feel all greasy on the insides!!

I'm here now!
I'll be away from time to time because I'll be going camping soon.
Otherwise I'm here everyday like the rest of you!!!

Yahoo! I'm back! I'll be taking it slow with the exercise though I'm in lots of pain these days with the arthritus kicking in big time.

Still OP so far but it is not night yet it is only 6:00. I have a weird question have you ever headr of popcorn as a triger foos the nights I have popcorn I seem to be hungrier. I eat 3 cups with the kids then the leftovers I eat when they go to bed and I just keep going........
