Happy Monday, gang . . . :hug: As usual it has been pretty quite around here this weekend.

Another sunny but cold day shaping up in Atlantic Canada. The weird snow we got last Thursday is still on the ground although the sun has started nibbling away at it bit by bit. Hope the rest of you are having pretty good weather now that April is here.

JANA . . . those inches are much more important than the pounds . . . good work, girl.

DIANA . . . Wow shorts now that will be a real victory . . . not to mention a comfortable one, too.

ERIN . . . great idea to get rid of the scales . . . definitely more important to listen to your body . . . but it is hard.

Not too much else happening around here . . . I'm feeling lethargic as all get out. My BGL is running high and I've got a GD yeast infection. Don't really know why since I have not been over-indulging in any kind of carbs. Oh well, this too will pass. :^: Maybe I'll feel better if I go do some laundry . . . Oh, yeah . . . like that's going to help. :mad:
