What is Hot & Healthy Challenge Chicks?
A bunch of us were all part of different challenges together, and when the challenges ended, we decided not to! So we all came together and decided to start a long term challenge group, and we called them the Hot & Healthy Challenge Chicks!
-Anyone can join the group no matter what your goals are or where you are in your weight loss journey.
-We are here to support each other, encourage each other, laugh together, and cry together.
-Our unified goal is to exercise, eat right (whatever diet plan we may each separately be following), and have fun!
-We encourage new members, as the more that join, the more friends we have to support us along the way!
-We only ask that you follow one teensy, tiny rule. At the beginning of each month we state what our goals are, and they can be WHATEVER YOU WANT!
Then at the end of the month we can share how well we did with our goals, etc. However, sharing at the end of the month is completely optional.

Are you riding a donkey down to the bottom of the canyon? The three places I'd love to see before I kick the bucket are Alaska, the Grand Canyon and Ireland, in that order. Maybe one of these days when the kids are bigger (read that as independent!) my husband and I will plan a trip. I really wish I had travelled more when I was younger and didn't have all these responsibilities!
i still have yet to figure out whats up with me. I go the my weight loss clinic in 2 weeks so ill discuss that with them
I think Alaska just must be the most beautiful place in the whole wide world. I'd love to take a cruise ship to see the pristine landscape and to HEAR it. Hope that doesn't sound odd.

Hey, do you have any bucks to spare for clothes at all? My kids wore a lot of consignment clothes when they were little cause they outgrew everything so fast. Maybe they might have suitable interview clothes; the cost would be minimal and sometimes you can find some really, really nice stuff. Just a thought!
in the morning & maybe half a bagel, I bought a personal mixer I have taken to work so, I have a fruit shake (fresh or frozen fruit, half of a lil carton 98% ff yoplait yougurt and water) twice a day, one in the morning on my first break and one in the afternoon about an hour after my lunch break. I have a Lean Cuisine for lunch (because they are easy and yummy..) and then dinner, normally a lean piece of meat & a large salad. I also drink about 100 oz. of water each day- or five bottles. I don't deny myself if I want a handful of pretzels or a cookie (though I don't always WANT them).. because if I do, I have found I am more likely to jump off the healthy eating band wagon and back into eating crummy!
