HI GUYS!

yes thank goodness the commute is done... however now I have to get to work! hahaha! I have a conference next thursday & friday that is a few hours away but my boss will be driving..

One thing I just realized that I love about my new job is that i get to go up & down 2 flights of stairs many times a day....

Sooooooo now that all the training is over.. its time to get back to exercising, me and chai got a few miles in last week cuz the weather cooperated ... but now its back to the 30's and 40's again but that cant last for long! I also have an hour long lunch now and the drive way around my work is exactly 1 mile around!!! And I am gonna sign back up for :yoga: I missed most of the last sesson! ya think they could give me a lil bit of a refund... HA its county run and they dont give nuffin back!

lets see.. what have i got planned for the weekend... somehow i got the big idea that I wanna re-paint my livingroom... "nomadic plains" which is a fancy way of saying light beige hahahaha

ok I will check back in tomorrow...

no weight loss this week... but no gain so I am not gonna complain!

I had a good day today with 1469 calories. I didn't get to exercise. I was to tired after work I just took a nap.

soooooooo.... not a long rant, but a little whining. I'm doomed to fail til I get this figured out. I KNOW what I need to do. I KNOW I don't feel good, I KNOW I don't look good... I KNOW I am now officially at my highest weight ever. WHat I don't know is how to stop eating. How to eat the right things. I'm totally addicted. I really really think it's got to be worse than an alcohol or drug addiction. ****, kicking cigaretts and (yes pot too) was totally a breeze compared to this! I know all the while I'm stuffing something in my face that I'm only hurting myself, but it's like I really don't GAF about the consequenses... maybe I do need some professional counseling?!?!?!

On the positive side..... I will NEVER stop trying :) Thanks to you PIC's for your support and encouragement!

never made it to workout today, my legs were sooooo tired I bet I went up and down those 2 flights of stairs 20 times today and thats no kidding I counted them up and it was over 20 times!!!!!!!!! hmm why isnt my weight moving down any???? lol

Dee I think it is an addiction and hard to change because you need food to live so there is no going cold turkey. Just keep up trying to eat healthy foods and exercise!

Curly you did get your exercise today going up and down those stairs!!

I had another good day. I ate healthy and did a tao bo video.

Where to start???
 
Today is weigh-in day...3:30 to be exact at WW, so we will see how I did. Thank goodness I don't like chocolate anymore (bizarre...even during PMS and TOM). I crave sweetarts and jelly beans, and licorice which I never used to like.

But even more than that....I crave broccoli and green beans steamed with garlic! I am not sure what is up with my garlic addiction...but I cannot throw enough fresh garlic in everything I eat.

I am at at 14.2 for a loss...if I can just lose the 0.8 pounds...I will be 1 happy woman:carrot:

Any ideas for stuffing all those fruits and veggies in...5 servings is a lot and I just don't know what to do with them all. Need fun ideas that are not quite so boring.

Also, where to start exercising. I got Achilles tendinitis last year, and have been not really mobile...had a cast, had a CAM walker, was on crutches, then to a cane...now done with physical therapy, the gal told me to go forth and prosper, but I dont know where to start...where do you all start with your exercise program?

Thanks all for your support and any ideas...I gotta shake it up because I've lost inches, but my spare tire in the middle is just kinda hanging in there, so Ive gotta do something.

There is no greater feeling than being a loser. What a rush. Stepped on that scale at the WW and was down 3.2!!! I told the gal I didn't know if I was going to faint or cry...and then I cried. I am really changing me. I am really going to find that healthy inner goddess I know is in there somewhere.

I gained a pound last week. My weight is slowly creeping upward! Maybe I should try weight watchers.

L2L~ Good Job!! You are doing wonderfully! Isn't it so exciting?!?! It's geat to hear from you again. Keep on losin' Lady!!!!!!!!!! Val~ I know what you're going thru right now. I'm hoping some of L2L's good vibes rush thru the modem and into my fingers lol... I'm keeping things in perspective and not giving up!!! Right now my laptop is really messed up. I can't get it to boot up even. I guess I'll HAVE to deal with Dell on my days off. I'm not looking forward to that at all! Anyone speak Indian-Techie??? It's so hard to deal with the language barrier since they started the outsourcing... *sigh*... oh well, Lee let me use his ancient puter... lol... it's sooooo weird with this huge monitor and keyboard. Good job on the workout Curly! I went to ballys and did cardio and weights. The weather was beautiful! Up around 80!
