I got back from NYC late last night. Overall I did okay with eating while I was away, but I didn't work out at all those three days. I was up and out really early every morning, and the days were long and tiring. It felt great to sleep in my own bed last night, and to get up this morning and do an hour of Turbo Jam. I leave again Tuesday morning, for five days in Chicago and Milwaukee. There should be only one day when it will be impossible to work out in the morning or in the evening, and I'm determined to fit in a little sweating. I bought a couple of apples, clementines and ZonePerfect bars to take with me, and I'll pack some Kashi shake mix (and a little plastic bottle) for breakfast.
