I'm going to try to post here to keep me honest.
Did 45 minutes alternating different programs on the exercise bike with ab crunches (180 total-why don't I see any abs???)
Walked 35 minutes with dog and neighbor. Knee still twingey so no running, but seems better. Tennis this afternoon.
rode exercise bike for 35 minutes (very light program) while reading just to keep warm. Haven't turned on the furnace yet
Half walked/half ran for 50 minutes. Did 50 minutes of weightlifting and stretching after work. Feel exhausted and sluggish. Hopefully just TOM around the corner!

Did 40 minutes on the exercise bike, broke it up onto lots of shorter programs including 9 minutes of intervals at a higher intensity than I've done before. 180 ab crunches. Need to walk/run this afternoon.
Back again, after 40 minutes of walking/running. Too hot here again!

I'm abit nervous I don't really know how this board works. But I saw that everyone was putting down the exersise that they did each day. So here goes, Monday I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 45 min, yesterday didn't workout at all ( I know bad me) But today I was back at the gym and went on the stationary bike for 40 min. I'll try and keep you posted of what I do each if I can remember.
Reluctantly, did 40 minutes of weights and 180 abs, TOM on its way and I just wanted to go back to bed. Luckily a neighbor called to ask if I was going to run (wasn't) so I went out and did 3.5 miles with her. Not a great time, but at least did it. Tennis this afternoon.
Back from tennis- played horribly, felt worse, all time low scores! Boy was that fun!
Went for a bike ride this morning. A few times around the block - about 15 minutes. Luckily no mishaps to-day. Will cycle alone in future. It's a much cooler day to-day and it was good to get out in the fresh air. I needed that as much as the exercise.
