Sun. and Mon. Walked on treadmill.

Monday: Walk Away the Pounds - 3 miles!!!

Monday. 30 mintues of weights and 30 minutes of cardio
|
Monday- 3 mile WATP
Tuesday- Walk n Jog(equals 2.5 miles in 30 min) |
Mon- 45 minutes on Eliptical. One hour water aerobics
Tues. -walked 2 miles, swam 10 laps (20 minutes), 1 hour water aerobics class |
Tuesday: 20 minute walk

Tuesday, 25 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of lower body wts. My legs were like jello walking out of there.

Wednesday- Walk Strong(cardio and strength training intervals).

Wed. Walked on treadmill.
|
WATP - 3 miles with extra stretching and some ab work after.

Wed- 1 hour deep water aerobics, 15 minutes eliptical, 50 minutes Body Sculpt class
Um, yeah... Every muscle in my body is mad at me for it all.. |
Thursday- 3 mile WATP

Thursday- Walked on Treadmill.

Thursday- Water Challenge Class (1 1/2 hours)
