Monday: 30 minute walk

Monday: about 45 minutes of water aerobics
I was actually out there an hour and a half, but not 'moving' the whole time, as I had a young friend and her 2 year old over. So, I will count half the time...but it was probably more like an hour. |
Monday-short ten minute walk around town while I waited on the girls to get out of dance class. (We carpool with Rachel's best friend). Not much, but it was warm and I was sweating. Maybe I "burned" off a few calories!:p

Monday- 3 mile WATP
Tuesday- 3 mile WATP |
Tuesday-One hour ballet class. :yes: I made it, but walked out with jello legs!:dizzy:

Wednesday- Walk N' Kick video

Wednesday: 40 minute walk, and 30 minutes of water aerobics

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - Curves
|
Wed-1.5 mile walk (approx.) with dh and Buddy!

Thursday: Upper body workout
|
Thursday- 3 mile WATP
Friday- 30 min aerobics |
Friday- Walked on the treadmill.

I guess I did not post my exercise here for yesterday.
Thurs-1.5 mile walk Fri-1.5 mile walk. I'm hoping to push myself and increase it tomorrow!:coach: |
