Monday: 30 minute walk

Monday: about 45 minutes of water aerobics

I was actually out there an hour and a half, but not 'moving' the whole time, as I had a young friend and her 2 year old over. So, I will count half the time...but it was probably more like an hour.

Monday-short ten minute walk around town while I waited on the girls to get out of dance class. (We carpool with Rachel's best friend). Not much, but it was warm and I was sweating. Maybe I "burned" off a few calories!:p
