  • Monday-- 4 mile walk with Buddy and Barb.
  • Monday: Upper body workout
  • Tuesday: 20 minute walk, 20 minutes water aerobics
  • Thursday: 50 minutes of water aerobics
  • Friday: 30 minute power walk at the outlet mall... and 45 minutes of water aerobics
  • Saturday: 30 minutes of water aerobics
  • Sunday: 20 minutes of water aerobics
