  • Monday: 30 minute walk
  • Monday-- Walked 4 miles with my Buddy, and 2 gals from Curves.
  • Monday- 3 mile WATP video
    Wednesday- 2 mile WATP video
  • Wednesday: 35 minute walk
  • Friday: 45 minute walk/jog
  • Thursday- 2 mile deluxe(aerobics)
    Friday- 2 mile WATP video

    Going ahead and posting tomorrows..
    Saturday- Walk and Kick video
  • Monday-- PM--20 minutes Winsor Pilates

    Tuesday-- Walked for 1 hour around Bear Lake with my Buddy and Colleen.

    Wednesday-- 1 hour Curves, 20 minutes Winsor Pilates.

    Thursday-- 1 hour Curves.

    Friday-- 1 hour Curves, 20 minutes Winsor Pilates.
  • Saturday: 35 minutes of water aerobics!
  • Sunday: 3 mile walk in 65 minutes
