  • Monday-- Upperbody on the TBT.
    Stationary Bike 12 minutes.
  • Monday Afternoon-- Walked 2 miles with my Buddy.

    Tuesday AM-- 32 minutes lowerbody workout on the TBT.
  • Tuesday PM-- Walked 2 miles with my Buddy.

    Wednesday-- Walked 2 miles with my Buddy.
  • Thursday-- Upper body on the TBT.
  • Friday-- Lower Body workout on the TBT.

    I got in a mile and a half walk today...the weather was absolutely gorgeous..about 65, and partly cloudy after a rainy morning.
