Monday
TM 30 min/1.55 miles bike 10 min/3.25 miles 30 min weights, upper & lower work out |
Monday- 1 hour step class
Tues- 20 min weights and 40 min callentenics |
Monday-- 30 minutes upperbody, TBT.
Tuesday-- 40 minutes lowerbody, TBT. |
Wednesday-- Walked 2 miles with Buddy.

Wed- 1hour step class and 1/2 hour treadmill
|
Thursday-- Upperbody workout on the TBT.
|
Thursday- 20 min upper body weights, 30 min watp walkblaster
|
Friday-- Lowerbody on the TBT.
