Sugarbusters Weekly Exercise Board 7/11 to 7/17

  • Monday- 25 minutes of kickboxing followed by Leslie Sansone's Walk and Kick(30 minutes)- so 55 minutes total
  • I went to the huge ( one mile circle) discount mall, and walked it twice. I went one round before I could stop and look at anything. I got in 8000 steps while there! Then I went to the grocery store and walked in circles there (unintentional, but hey, its my norm!) and I am up to 11,000 steps! And its only 3! I think I will go jump in the pool before it rains!
  • Tuesday- AM- did 20 minutes of kickboxing
    PM- 2 mile WATP(30 minutes)
  • Monday-- AM, Walked 3.2 miles
    PM, walked 2 miles with Buddy.

    Tuesday-- AM, 10 minutes stretches, 37 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT
    PM, walked 2 miles with Buddy.

    Wednesday-- AM, walked 3.2 miles......
  • Wednesday- 30 minutes aerobics followed by stretches
  • Thursday AM- 30 minutes aerobics followed by stretches
    PM- Will have church exercise class..probably 45-50 minutes aerobics followed by body sculpting
  • Revision- I didn't teach the usual amount of time for cardio..only around 30 minutes, then did body sculpting/toning the rest of the time.
  • Spent 20 minutes running on the slope in the pool. ( you can run in place easily on the slope into the deep end...) My back was bothering me, and this was a great alternative to walking in the neighborhood....
  • Saturday- Ramp it up(I skipped the yoga stretches at the end, so it was a 40 minute workout instead of 47)
  • Saturday: Hiked two hours in the mountains.
