Just got in from church and nibbled on left overs for dinner. I had some chicken salad, and a handful of nuts. Earlier I ate a tomato with some homemade mayo. Tom experimented this morning and made us some creamer. He used 1% milk, and some macadamia and almond oils and put it in the blender. It was not too bad...with some work it might be a great non saturated fat substitute for heavy cream in our espresso!
HEART: To make you feel better about supplements, here is what I take: Morning: 1000mg L-Carnitine and L-Arginine, at Breakfast: 200 mg alpha lipoeic acid, 200mg chromium picolonate, fish oil, 1meg C Lunch: alpha lipoeic acid, fish oil, Dinner: 2 calcium citrate, E, C, evening primrose, fish oil, Coenzyme Q10, B complex, black cohash, Twinlab daily one multi, and another chromium picolonate. Then right before bed, I take 1500mg arginine, and 500 carnitine,and I am supposed to take glutamine, but I have not gotten it yet! I decided to give the Rosedale program a month, and I would do it totally supplements and all...and he has quite a list! I hope it helps!
