Hi..I'm a newbie to SB
:?: Hi..my name is Angel and I am a newbie here. I have very carefully read (and re-read), the Sugar Busters! books: "The New Sugar Busters! Cut Sugar to Trim Fat", "The New Sugar Busters! Shopper's Guide", and am totally psyched into starting this new "lifestyle". I am going to need to be accountable and need alot of support (alot) which I am hoping to find here. I am new to anything outside of AOL so please bear with me :dizzy:
Ok..so I wnat to start..can anyone help me get information on the SugarBusters! Food Pyramid and food glycemic indexes? Hoping to be here... Angel |
Angel: You should check out (and post on) the Weekly Support Board. That's where we all hang out and talk about everything from Glycemic things to our kids and our gardens. Hope to see you there!!
