Guess I'm the only one so far...
Monday- Nothing
Tuesday- did the 4 mile WATP and also have exercise class tonight. Will do the step and then regular aerobics(total about 45-50 minutes), followed by body sculpting
I got in about 9000 steps today. I did put on the pedometer late, so it might have been more if I had remembered earlier... I deliberately parked at the far end of the parking garage when I went to the doctor, then walked all over the market...
Friday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, treadmill 25 minutes (got called off early to get Lane out of daycare....she was throwing a fit).
