  • Guess I'm the only one so far...
    Monday- Nothing
    Tuesday- did the 4 mile WATP and also have exercise class tonight. Will do the step and then regular aerobics(total about 45-50 minutes), followed by body sculpting
  • I got in about 9000 steps today. I did put on the pedometer late, so it might have been more if I had remembered earlier... I deliberately parked at the far end of the parking garage when I went to the doctor, then walked all over the market...
  • Wednesday- Ramp it Up(47 minutes)
  • Tuesday-- Walked 3 miles.

    Wednesday-- Walked 3.2 miles.
  • Thursday- Did 30 minute walk and kick video this AM. This evening I had church exercise, 50 minutes cardio followed by some light weights and abs.


  • Wednesday: Walked 1 1/2 miles

    Friday: Walked 1 1/2 miles
  • Monday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, treadmill 30 minutes

    Wednesday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, treadmill 40 minutes

    Friday: Gym - 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, treadmill 25 minutes (got called off early to get Lane out of daycare....she was throwing a fit).

    I plan to go tomorrow a.m. too.

    Saturday- 3 mile WATP
    Sunday- taking the day off!
