  • Walked for 20 minutes today...took one of the church staff's son for a walk around the office -up and down the street and stuff - so he would fall asleep and she could work. Brought back some memories...
  • 30 min walkblaster
    15 min gazelle
  • 30 mins on gazelle....got another gold star today
  • 30 heart pounding mins on the gazelle.....backwards
  • Monday-- Walked 3 miles. (With a small amount of jogging!)

    Tuesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 37 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
  • Tuesday- 45 min of the firm
  • another 30 heart pounding mins on the gazelle today....only need 4 more days to reach my goal ladies
  • Wednesday-- Walked with a small amount of jogging.....3 miles.
  • wed- 30 min walkblaster
  • 33 mins on gazelle today....couldnt go very fast/hard....reading my bio notes while i worked out
  • 1 hour walk 4 miles
  • only 15 mins this morning....but im having company and have to clean my front part of my house...will do the other 15 after they leave

    got in another 15 mins in this evening thats day #6 ladies
  • I am so happy to be able to post on here! I walked about 20 minutes with a friend from church around her very hilly neighborhood!
  • Thursday-- 15 minutes stretches, 37 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

    Friday-- Walked 3 miles with some jogging thrown in.
