Walked for 20 minutes today...took one of the church staff's son for a walk around the office -up and down the street and stuff - so he would fall asleep and she could work.
Brought back some memories...

Monday-- Walked 3 miles. (With a small amount of jogging!)
Tuesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 37 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

only 15 mins this morning....but im having company and have to clean my front part of my house...will do the other 15 after they leave
got in another 15 mins in this evening

I am so happy to be able to post on here! I walked about 20 minutes with a friend from church around her very hilly neighborhood!

Thursday-- 15 minutes stretches, 37 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
Friday-- Walked 3 miles with some jogging thrown in.
