Monday- 1 hour hefty walk!

Monday-- Walked 2 miles.

45 min walkblaster with weights

Tuesday-- Walked 3 miles.

Got off my duff and walked this morning. 1.28 miles according to my new pedometer, which I finally took out of the package and set! :rolleyes:

Wednesday-- Walked 3 miles.

Monday- 4 mile WATP
Tuesday- Taught a very sweat-drenching workout at church. Cardio using the step for about 50 minutes followed by body sculpting Wednesday- 3 mile WATP |
Walked for 30 minutes - 1.78 miles according to my pedometer!

Thursday-- Walked 2 miles
Friday-- Walked 3 miles |
wed- nada
thursday- 30 min watp for abs friday- day off |
Sunday- 35 mins on the gazelle!!!! first exercise ive done since last sunday :(
