It's a start. Shooting for 5 days this week.

Day 2 for me! 40 minutes circuit workout and stretching at Curves.

WEDNESDAY: Airdyne for 20 mins! Walked a mile and a half. Three days in a row and counting!! :encore:

Monday-- took the day off for my birthday, and of course dh was in a hurry to get into town.

Tuesday--45 minutes stationary bike =16 miles, 10 @ full tension

Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 45 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Monday- Nothing!
Tuesday- did 3 mile WATP and then taught a great workout at church(50 min. cardio) followed by body sculpting
Wednesday- Ramp it Up(45 minutes from start to finish)
