Wow...it feels good to be able to post here. I can't do much, but I CAN walk...so I did! 1 mile or more in about 30 minutes. Not great, but its an accomplishment for someone in my shoes!

Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Wednesday-- 15 minutes stretches, 39 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.
Plus, 25 Lunges on each leg.

Monday: Gym: Eliptical 8 minutes, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill

Wednesday: Gym: Eliptical 8 minutes, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

Will go on Friday and Saturday.

Hi Everyone,

Today I am being very ambitious :strong: and I am going to start walking on the treadmill. It needs a bit of dusting since I haven't been on it in 3 years (Yikes! :eek: ). Here goes...

today i cleaned my kids rooms!!! im sure its nothing like running or walking or anything like that...but as messy as their rooms are, it gave me a good workout...lol i was sweating :D

Walked at the park on the trail about one mile. It was cold, and windy, and kind of damp from all the rain, but it felt good! Tom had to push me up the last hill! :lol:
