Monday-- 15 minutes stretches, 40 minutes Simple 7 Circuit, TBT.

Mon: serious woods work(apple tree release), pulling vines, pruning, piling brush
then:gym: 5 mins elliptical, 10 mins stairmaster, strength training circuit, 11 off-circuit machines.

Tuesday- Total Body Workout(strength training- 47 minutes) and exercise class this evening

Monday - Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 30 minutes treadmill
Tuesday - Slim in Six - Ramp it Up (47 minutes)
Wednesday - Gym: 8 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill

Thursday- have exercise class- 45 minutes aerobics followed by body sculpting
