HiedieHo Everyone!

MONET: WOW! At last, someone treated you! You definitely deserved it!

Nothing new, have the NH this morning and PT this afternoon. Think I will fix tuna steaks for dinner.

DEBBIE: Great to see you posting. You have been greatly missed.

Can't believe I'm first to this board today after our illustrious leader!

May good things happen
Shirley

Can I count picking in the garden? It requires a lot of stooping, bending, squatting, and swatting. (the swatting is for the mosquitoes!)

Curves- 30 minutes

Toni, the important thing is you're up and moving. Endurance will come with time. Try adding a minute to your routine every time.

Well, I haven't done this yet cause I'm feeling pretty icky...but this is my "plan" for the day...

doing toning leg exercises(squats, lifts, lunges, inner thigh) and working several minutes on abs.

Then I will have exercise class this evening. Usually I teach around 50 minutes of cardio which includes the step. Then we go to hand weights working arms, chest, back, shoulders. Then leg work and abs. I need to do a good cardio workout this evening since I'm skipping it for this morning.
