Newbie at sugar busters
WEll My doctor said .. I want you to try sugar busters..
I think its something you can live with for the rest of your life. So I still need to get out and buy the book, (he just called me yesterday) but i thought I could find info for now on here! and I am.. So I have 50 lbs to loose. and i think that sugar busters will be the way. Low carb didnt work for me, i felt tired and had bad breath all the time. Low calorie just made me. feeling LOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. So Im going to starting living the sugar busters way of life. so far i know its basically cuttng out refined sugars.. and such. So Im going to give it 150 % .. If ther eare any clues. hints or tips out there. yell em out to me. i need all the help i can get Thanks |
The best hint or tip is to read labels. Acceptable foods have less than 3 grams of sugar per serving, and have no white flour (also called enriched, wheat, unbleached...), and no added sugar. (also called maltose, dextrose, sucrose, etc) Avoid white rice, white potatoes, (sweet potatoes are ok) bananas, pineapple,watermelon and corn in any way shape of form. Always use whole grains and limit your starchy servings to three a day. Oh, and get on the weekly support thread and post often, ask questions...everyone will be more than happy to help you! Welcome!
