  • MOnday--10 minutes stretches, 38 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Good job Teensybean. I walked at the campground this morning. Went double the length.
  • Monday
    Did 4.5 miles
  • I mile with Walk away the pounds (WATP)
  • Did my 3 mile WATP tape
  • Monday
    Got my 2 mile walk in.

  • Monday: Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, lower body workout, 30 minutes treadmill.

    I will be going on Wed. a.m. again.

  • I got my two rounds in at the camp ground...
  • Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 38 minutes upper body TBT.
  • 1 mile WATP
  • Exercise class at the church- great aerobic workout using the step, light weights. Also did some situps. Lasted 45 minutes or so..
  • Monday: strength training circuit and 2.5 miles elliptical machine
    Tues: 1 mile TM, 2.25 miles elliptical
    Wed: strength training circuit, 2.5 miles elliptical
  • Got to the gym early today: 5 minutes eliptical, upper body workout, 25 minutes treadmill.

  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 36 minutes lower body TBT.
