hey im new
Hey everyone! i'm new but tomorrow will be two weeks that i have been on this diet. my mom has done it before and lost a good amount of weight and so im looking forward to changing my eating habits and losing some of my excess baggage in my hips and thighs. i was wondering...how much weight is about the normal to lose on this diet after like a month. i have an hour glass figure...small waist but large thighs and butt....i really need to lose it. i have been struggling with weight since about the age of 12 and i am now 18 and i have tried diets in the past but i have never stuck to them. i am actualyl proud of myself because i have not cheated once! i just wanted to see about how much i could lose after one month just to get a good idea. i know everyones body is different..i am just curious. thanks!
