Hi To All

Been been benging on potatoes, corn products, and white flour. Tried walking a few weeks ago and my weight went up 2 pounds.
So for 2 weeks I have eaten all the wrong foods, except I am still not eating sugar. Now today my weight is down the 2 pounds. Don't understand it at all.

Went grocery shopping and bought all the good for me foods, fresh fruits and vegetables and OH BYE THE WAY I HAVE FALLEN IN LOVE WITH SEMOLINA PASTAS. This is legal right?

My biggest problem is the quanity of foods I eat. I get so hungry between meals. I am 5'4" and weigh 234 pounds, and I want to be a size 16 again. Does anyonw have any ideas for loosing that hungry feeling after a meal?

I have missed you all a lot while I have been doing this terrible thing to my self.

Did I tell you my blood sugar went back up? MY glucose stayed 90 to 110 while I was loyal to sugar busters, Sunday I checked my blood sugar and it was 152. That is high enough to cause disease process and affect my eyes, kidneys and heart.

Sorry I let myself down, but I can over come this!!! DH and GS are eating most of the same foods I do now, they are very happy with the semolina pasta.

All my writing to you is so much like a nurse charts(it makes me laugh when I read it), I always have to rewrite everything.

I will eat only a few pieces of sugar free chocolate for Halloween.

Hello All---

Not much to report for the day. Got the venison cut up. We bone out all of it, and use the 2 hind quarters for steaks, and the 2 front shoulders we use the meat for German Sausage. So that's out of the way til we get my deer!! See how positive I am??

The wind is blowing really hard here. Supposed to be a big cold front moving in from Alaska......speaking of which (ds) Bill called this morning. They will be there for a couple of more days then they are headed home. He said it went very well for his first trip out as "Foreman". And he has a 40 pound box of King Crab for Christmas dinner!

Wood-- Glad that you like the venison.....we love it. Use it in anything that you can use beef in. And cook it like beef too!!

Zanne-- Nice to see you again!

Jackie-O-- That was my point also why I hate baking.....to much mess when you are done!!

Deb-- I found a recipe for Eggplant Parmigiana......was really good!!

Yellowrose-- Thank you for sharing your recipes......I am definitely making this again. But will use your recipe as I don't need the added fat from the one I made where you flour and fry the eggplant!

Monet-- Thanks for the eggplant tips! I will be trying more recipes using this.

I know that I missed alot of you, but know that I am thinking of all of you. And I wish you all luck tomorrow for WIW, I will not be weighing in as TOM started this morning. Good night all......

Good WEIGH IN WEDNESDAY Morning!

ELI is off today, didn't know this til late last night, though I'm not sure what will be, it seems we'll get an early start since I have to p/u the kids from school and without an early start there's no time to do diddley.

The insanity has stopped but not without major consequences, I've gained more weight. As always, I'm an emotional eater and this past month has definitely had it's downs and I've eaten through it all, not only hurting myself but I know letting all you guys down. This is NOT me, this is NOT how I want to behave and I have to get a grip on this otherwise I'll be right back where I started almost 4 years ago. I know what the problems are but how to deal with them is another story. Just throw me a loop and I'm lost. BUT I truly think today I will be back at the helm and under control and back on the right path. At least this is what I'm telling myself here, right now, at this moment. The problems still exsist and aren't going away and I'm compounding them by eating wrong and thus, gaining back the weight. Just do me a favor, don't do as I do, do as I say, or say NOT to do - just don't follow in my footsteps when it comes to eating wrong.

I am posting that I VOW TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU THAT TODAY I WILL STAY 100% OP. One thing about me, I don't break promises to people, only to myself:shrug:

I hear the dingy moving around in the bedroom so I'm going to try and get in some fast one-liners where needed...

PANCHO, she's the only family I have in SD, she's single, a teacher.

MOM, have to ask, does DS go to daycare where they speak Spanish? My niece doesn't speak well at all and didn't for a long time, still doesn't speak too clearly, DS found out they were speaking spanish where she takes here - some words she speaks are in spanish! Ex's can be major dicks! So can they're DM's! Is there any alternatives to try before doing what the Dr. recommended? Does your court order say you have to ask your EX before taking him to a Dr., but do you need his approval. Meaning, you could ask, he says no, but you can go ahead and do what you feel is needed and right, but by asking him you didn't go against the courts? You're more than welcome to stay here even though you haven't started SB, this board is far more than just a "diet board". Again, call if you need.

Okay, I do hear him going around in there, I better skiddadle. Hope WIW is good for you all - surely isn't for me!

Good Morning, it's WIW and I'm pleased to report another pound gone! This puts me at 226, and 44 pounds gone! I'm just so pleased, you guys keep me going!

green rn - I'm 5'3" and started this WOE at 270 and a size 22/24.
I'm down to a size 20/22 and feeling much better about myself. I also go to the gym at least 2 days a week, plus use the treadmill at home. Everything helps. My wakeup call was barely being able to fit in the seats on the airplane, and since I love to travel, this was an issue. When we went to San Francisco last month, the seatbelt fit and had room to spare. I felt much better! Just keep working at it. I don't have have the sugar issue, but it almost sounds like maybe something else is going on with your body. But I'm not a dr, so what do I know? :)

Have a great day everyone!

Barbara

Pancho 10-29-2003 09:42 AM

Surprise! I didn't think I'd have a chance to get on this morning but here I am. I skipped the gym...still have too much gunk in my lungs, and don't want to spread the germs around the gym. I will take the rest of the week off, and go back on Saturday.

I weighed in at 122 this morning! We have this halloween party this morning, and it is a potluck. I am bringing cantaloupe & grapes, and will see what else there is to munch on.

Delaney is waking up, so I'll make this quick:

Mom: Hang in there. You would be surprised how you feel once you get the sugars and junk out of your diet. When I am eating on plan, I feel like I can conquer the world.

green: Drink lots of water, it tends to fill you up and is really good for you. Try to do something when you think about food, like walk. When you are hungry, don't deprive yourself...snack, but on the right foods and in small portions.

Deb: Hang in there girl; you are an inspiration, and you are human. We all understand why you are here, and we are here to support you. Just remember....there will always be an excuse to eat; things don't always go perfectly. If we use hard times as an excuse to eat, we will never totally get control.

Wood: Congrats on being down 1 more pound! You go girl!!!

Gotta run.

Have a great OP day!!!

As far as the poll....I plan on having a few pieces of "illegal" candy and probably a slice of pizza. However, 6 months ago, I wouldn't have touched the stuff. I was so loyal when losing the weight, but allow myself more indulgences now that I am maintaining. We went to numerous functions and birthday parties, and I never ate off-plan during my losing phase. Looking back, it's amazing how loyal & committed I was. But then again, I guess that is why I hit my goal.

Take care all,
Nat

Trishaloo 10-29-2003 10:03 AM

WIW, Yuck!

Well, I'm up 3 pounds to 232. I know I'm eating too many starchy carbs (I justify it by saying, at least they're legal ones) and TOM has decided to pay a visit. Just what I need with Halloween around the corner.

We haven't heard any more from Jordan, but we have heard that the Pendleton fire is pretty much contained as of yesterday. They are up there for the rest of this week and next week, then head back down to San Diego. The recruit depot is right by the airport so at least that's a little easier to keep track of.

Deb, any more news on dates for February? I kinda started looking at plane fares and if it's around Mardi Gras, they are going quickly and they're high.

Well, I actually need to get some work done around here. Talk to ya'll later.

Trish

YellowRose 10-29-2003 10:13 AM

Hi,

I am still continuing on program and the scale is moving but very slowly. When I am being “good” I want to have big instant rewards.

Debbie: Hey, girl! I am with you about staying 100% on program. That means, for me, exercising 5 days a week, journaling, eating no more than 3 carbs a day and keeping the proteins, fats and carbs in the correct ratios....and then try to drink the water. You know, I have an incentive ...to look good in Feb because somebody will be around with a camera. Now that that ice cream binge is over you are on to better things. You are always such a good support for others and I hope that we can be a help to you as well. I may need to come run your detox center and put you in with some of us.

Trish: I looked at the plane fares also and I don’t understand what they actually mean about the lower fares being unavailable. Does that mean they have already been purchased or it is too soon to buy? I am so happy to hear that you had some good news about your son.

Jack-K: I did , indeed get that walk in. Did you really mean 50 pork chops? That would last my little family of two for a whole year.

Monet: Chili does sounds like a nice warm “comfort food” for a cool night. Hey, that goldfish cake looked great, I like the glitter. About the SOBE diet, there are some good recipes on the 3FC area you can use for your friend as well as we can incorporate them. I bought the book and it has some nice recipes as well but the diet seemed too strict and SB works quite well when I follow it as I should. Do you still work with your DietPower Program?

Pancho: Christmas shopping...aaarrg. I guess it is best to start early especially if you have little ones. I have a friend that we have made it a tradition to start in mid Dec and we shop for about 2-3 days straight and get everything done at once. We started this when we were both in collage and we couldn’t do anything until after finals. We have continued since this works for us. One year there was snow and ice, so, we hired a taxi to take us to a large mall and we bought almost everything in one day.

SuperDave: I have spent most of my life in Texas and what you say about the changing weather is so true. We have plants on the patio outdoors there and we hope we will get back to Dallas before there is a freeze.

Mom2jared: Your ex-in-laws sound like a piece of work. I wonder why they don’t want to know what is happening about the delayed speech. With the SB program, you could just try doing one step at a time and I think you will feel better.

Green rn: I too have been having some hunger problem between meals and I found that if I eat some turkey (I buy it in the deli section and have them slice it almost shaved. It is the low fat, low everything kind.) It really helps even when I am craving a carb. Sometimes I put a little mustard on it. Some veggies with the turkey almost makes a mini meal.

Teensybean: Glad to have another eggplant lover on board. I am going to try the curried eggplant this week and will let you have the recipe if it is good.

It is sunny but windy today...I'll go see what going on around here.

Toni48 10-29-2003 10:25 AM

Well I'm still not over my bad eating!!! But I am walking, I'm sure its helping with my attitude. I'm starting my list for Friday shopping and making sure I get lots of healthy stuff back in the house. I can do this... Congrads to all of you thats lost!!!! I can't believe winter is just around the corner. We have our wood all in and our wood burning stove is cleaned out and ready to go. We've had some beautiful fall days here lately. A friend and I have been going to a campground and walking each day. She sure inspires me to keep it up. Well I'd better get ready for my day out.... Have a good one...

mom2jared 10-29-2003 10:35 AM

Thanks for all of the support everyone.

I feel like such a failure today. I decided to call my Attorney and ask her what I could legally do if Ex does not give his approval for me to take Jared to the Neurologist and to tell her that I am being harrassed by Ex and his mother. I didn't want to get the Attorney involved and wanted to be civil toward Ex and his mother but they are making it very difficult for me to do that. I bought a regular soda today because I needed some caffine and now I feel awful that I drank it. I promised myself that I would only drink diet soda from now because regular soda is filled with sugar.

Ilana

CountryMom4Him 10-29-2003 11:19 AM

Good morning!

The scales are up. I'm sure it has nothing to do with all the chips and triscits I've enjoyed the last few days. :) Of course I decided to eat breakfast for a change today. Triscuit nachos.....I'm bad I know it. But hey, it's my last no-no till I get back on track. I'm real enough with my self to know that when the weight comes back off I'll indulge again. The trick is to get these pounds back off first.

Jessie and I went for a walk yesterday. It was so nice to get back out and moving. We also had time to work on his times tables and just chat. He wants to go again today. Since the weather is going to be the bomb this week I don't think walking is going to be a problem.

Ilana, sorry you are having all the problems with the ex. I can't believe you have to get his permission for things like the doctor. I hope your lawyer is able to give you some good news. Praying for you as you struggle with the emotional eating. I understand and relate too well.

Toni....you'll get there with the eating.. Hang in there.

Yellow...WTG being a good girl. I wish I could say the same. I hope the weather holds for your plants. The rest of the week it's suppose to be very nice so they are safe for this week. :)

Trish...I bet it's water weight and will be gone before you know it.

Colleen....you don't even like to bake? Step away from the oven. LOL It's so hard to have the wonderful smell of yeast in the kitchen and not be able to enjoy. I think next time I might make some whole wheat bread. It's better for my mom any how.

Poncho....howdy! Isn't it great to be at the maintance stage. Sometimes I feel like I am at that place since I've stoped losing so long ago. Even not reaching goal it feels great to not be gaining it all back. :)

Deb....((((((hugzzzz))))))))) I understand your struggles. I think the first bite off plan back in the first year is what did me in. I know that was a long time ago but I have never regained the same committment since. Don't get me wrong. I've been mostly OP but the first 8 months I was OP 110 percent. And the last few months the emotional eating...well, ya know it bites. Hang in there. There is not a doubt in my mind you will get back on track and the weight will start coming off again.

Woodfrogs...WTG....you loser...!!! Hopefully next week I can join the losers club.

Green RN....Glad the weight is coming off despite the wrong foods. Just think if you hadn't had the sneaks.
:)

Off to get some chores done.

Love,
235/156/140-135 one of these days :)

Fillise 10-29-2003 11:26 AM

Wed morning

I don't know how long I will make it on this post. I am in so much pain that I think I'm going to have to take a pain pill and go lie down for a while. I am glad to know that this will be over with in a little over a month.

Mom2jared--I'm sorry you are having such a hard time with your ex and his DM. I can't imagine why they aren't worried. I'm also a little concerned about this idea that you have to get his permission to take your DS to the DR. It was good to check with your attorney--especially since your exMIL threatened legal action. Your attorney will tell you what they can and can't do! BTW--Diet soda has just as much caffeine as regular--the sugar is terrible!

Country--I think we've all had that experience of being 100% OP for a long time and then that first bite off plan does us in. Hang in there and let's get back in gear!

Oh dear--I can't write any more. I'll try to get back on if I feel better later.

It seems that a lot of us are having major munch attacks lately and eating things we know are bad. I wonder if it has anything to do with moving into fall, and it seems that Halloween is like the entry into the holidays and lets face it, stress, stress, stress!! I always feel better when I can pinpoint where things are coming from.
I mean there are so many of us that are struggling right now, many who are usually gung-ho and doing great that it kinda seems as if it's being caused by something other then no will power.
I'm not saying there's the reason, so munch out. Just need to find a way to snap out of it! I've given myself till Monday after Halloween then I'm hitting the South beach Diet induction for 2 weeks to see if I can drop a quick 10 pounds. then back to SB. I'm not giving myself the green light to pig out, just not going to freak out if I eat a candy bar on Halloween.

Happy WIW

Hope the scale was good to everyone today.

It was down 4 lbs since Monday but still not where it should be. It will come.

I hope my posts don't seem too harsh to anyone. I think I am so fed up with myself that I want everyone else to shape up with me. Selfish, but caring.

I've been cleaning the office all morning. Wore old clothes and have most of it accomplished. All this renovation work is the pits.

Bob, I didn't realize your niece worked at B&W. It is a shame that they are leaving. They are such a big contributor to a lot of charities that they will really suffer. I wouldn't want to move either, but I guess that is better than looking for a job with that many people in competition.

Monet, cooking for your massage lady should be easy. Just cook the SB way you do now. It is the same basically.

Pancho, there really wasn't but 12 pork chopes, but they were huge. We fixed six and I will fix the other 6 another night this week. They were really piled up high in the tray though.

Dave, we don't care what diet you do, we are here for support and support you we will. Good luck.

Mom, do you have to get ex's permission to take him to the regular Dr for an illness? I wouldn't tell him I was doing it. I would think he would be concerned and want what was best for his son. I hate when people divorce and they don't consider the kids only the spite of the other partner. We don't care that you have not started SB yet. If we can help you get started, the better off you will be. You will start when you are ready. My heart goes out to you.

Greenrn, the hunger you are experiencing should go away after a couple of 100% OP weeks. The white flour, etc makes you crave things and makes you hungry. I have been the same way this week since I was off plan for 2 weeks. But I know it will subside. I have been surviving on sf popcicles, cheese, nuts inbetween meals. Try drinking more water if you are still hungry. Make yourself busy, clean out something do some exercise. Then you will benefit in 2 ways. Good luck.

Teensy, sounds like Christmas dinner at your house will be delish. I know you will get that deer. Hang in there.

Deb, We can do this together plus everyone else on this board. You can do this. Promise me you will stop this now. I have been OP for 2 1/2 days now and plan to stay 100% until goal. I don't have my mind set quite yet, but it will come back and I will be fine. Right now I am living for the minute, the day the week. You can too. I never want to be fat again and I know you don't either. Don't feel you have let us down. We all have been there and will be there again probably. One thing we must all learn to do is get right back on track and to channel our emotions in another direction than food. We must find that direction together. Have a great time with Eili and we expect a report that you were 100% op for 1 day tomorrow.

Woodfrogs, Congrats on your loss :cp: 44 pounds is awesome. Keep up the good work. On our last trip, I went to put on my seat belt and had to make it shorter from the person who sat there before me and I said it was such a good feeling to tighten it instead of making it bigger. The things that make us happy.

Pancho, congrats on the 122. You are doing great.

Trish, if you are up don't make it worse by indulging in that candy. You can do it. I have faith in you.

Yellow, the scale is moving is reward in itself. We all want to lose this quickly but we know better. Hang in there it will come. Good idea about the camera in Feb. Work hard. No there were only 12 huge pork chops, but it sure looked like 50.

Toni, come on girl, we were neck and neck and competing over every pound. I need my buddy to move me. Get that food out and the new good stuff in and get going. Glad to hear you are walking. That's a stip (no pun intended) in the right direction. I'm waiting for you.

Country, I think we need some fairy dust sprinkled on this board or something. Maybe it's the moon or something like that. We need to shake this crazy stuff and get our rears in gear. Let's all try to help one another and get back on track here.

Fillise, you poor thing, Wishes that you feel better.

Cherylco, If I had until Monday, I would be eating every bad thing in the world. How do we stop the madness??

Have to run out to the bank before lunch. Will be back soon.

Jackie

Hi everyone.

I know I haven't been around and this is my first post for the week. I had to get "rested" up from the weekend. I don't think there was a day where I stayed at home.

I think I've finally convinced MIL to give SB a try! She bought the book while she was here and even took down some of the recipes I have. I hope she will give it more then just a week or two though. I'm really excited about this because it will really help out FIL with all of his heart problems and stuff.

MIL did end up pissing me off one day though, I think she's got some built in radar to see if she can piss me off at least once when she's around. I told her that when I get this weight off, I'm going to see about a breast reduction, she told me that I needed to "talk" to hubby first, (her way of telling me I have to ask him about it). I told her that he's not the one who has to carry these mondo jumbo things around and he's not the one who gets the backaches from them either. Then she went on to tell me that she's known of some people that when the woman got a reduction without the hubby's consent, the man left. Well whoopie-doo is my opinion on it, if he married me for big boobs then he married for the wrong reasons. I really wish I would have told her that if I know him the way I think I know him it won't matter what size they are because he loves me for me, not for how big my boobs are, but for some reason when I get pissed I can't think of a dang thing to say.

I made cupcakes to take to story time this morning. Y'all should have seen those kids!!! I don't think the mothers were all that happy about them getting all that sugar. Oh well, if they were in school they would be getting more then just one small cupcake! I'm making cupcakes for Katie's and Kerri's classes parties on Friday too.

Monet, I'm here, just been reading some of the posts. Haven't had time to post a thing until now. I LOVE that cake!!!

Mom, So sorry to hear you had to deal with your Ex and his mom. I don't think you are irresponsible at all, just worried and being pulled into two different directions. I agree with what Deb said too. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers that things will work out for you.

Well I think it's time for a nap, at least for Autumn if I can get her to take one. I'll talk to y'all later.

Winners in the House!!!

 Good Afternoon Everybody,
I had started on a post last night and somehow lost it. I know for sure that I saved it. I was interrupted by a phone call that was totally unexpected, so that I could not return to finish my post. I had been reading recipes from a cookbook/helps book called "STOP DIETING AND LOSE WEIGHT COOKBOOK" BY PREVENTION. I will share some recipes that I have revised to make them legal.

TENNSY~~ Hi to you. I found a couple of recipes for eggplant that I want to share with you. I will try them in the near future and the certainly look simply delious. Bon Appetit!

Eggplant makes a wonderful base for a robust, low-calorie
vegetable dip. And because it's roasted rather than fried, it
stays quite low in fat.

1 eggplant (10 to 12 ounces)
'A cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon grated ginger root
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons Oriental sesame oil
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 large cucumber
'/4 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers

Place the eggplant on a piece of foil and prick it with a fork in
several places. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until the skin
is charred and the eggplant is tender when pierced with a fork.
Remove from the oven and cool slightly.
When the eggplant is cool enough to handle, use a sharp knife
to peel off the skin. Discard the skin. Transfer the eggplant to a
food processor. Add the cilantro, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, oil
and vinegar. Process until coarsely chopped.

To serve, slice the cucumber into '/("-thick rounds. Spoon the
eggplant mixture on top of the rounds. Garnish each with the
roasted peppers.

Chefs Note: Don't overblend the eggplant mixture. It will
look better if it's still a little chunky.

Turkish Eggplant with Turkey

Bulgur, a form of dried cracked wheat, is a nutritious staple
in the Middle East. You'd be wise to incorporate it into your
family's diet because it's high in dietary fiber. In this dish,
bulgur's nutty flavor blends with dill and yogurt to produce
an exotic delicacy.

1 cup bulgur
1 cup boiling water
1 large eggplant
1 pound ground turkey
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup coarsely chopped fresh mushrooms
V2 cup chopped sweet red peppers
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
V2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt

Place the bulgur in a colander and rinse under cold running
water. Drain and transfer it to a medium bowl. Pour the boiling
water over the bulgur, then let stand at room temperature while
preparing the filling.

For the filling, cut the eggplant lengthwise in half. Remove the
pulp from both halves, leaving '/2"-thick shells. Coarsely chop
the pulp.
In a large no-stick skillet, cook the eggplant pulp, turkey,
onions, mushrooms, red peppers and garlic over medium heat
about 8 minutes or until the turkey is no longer pink and the
vegetables are tender. Stir in the bulgur, dill and black pepper.
Spray a 13" X 9" baking dish with no-stick spray. Place the
eggplant shells in the dish and spoon the turkey mixture into
them. (Some of the filling will fall over the sides of the shells.)
Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or
until the bulgur is tender and the filling is heated through. Serve
with the yogurt.

Chefs Note: When buying eggplant, look for heavy, shiny
ones that have almost-black skins and bright green stem caps.
The skin should feel firm when you press it with your thumb.
Store in the refrigerator in a covered container or wrapped in
plastic to minimize moisture loss, and use as soon as possible.

jackieO~~ I do feel better at the moment. I keeping the ginger close. I will be seeing my doc in a few weeks. I already have an appt. and don't want to got any sooner. I appreciate your concern, thank you. I have had skin tags removed, however, my insurance covered it. I live in Michigan and things seem to cost more in the area. I just tried to call but today being Wed. most docs are closed. I will try later or in the morning.

Jack-K ~~ Hi Lady... HFS is the best place to get. I have ordered off the internet form Vitacost.com. I was fortunate to find a HFS in our Great Lakes Mall that have discount every Mon. and Tues. of the month. Thank you for your concern. I can deal with most other pains, but nausea is a booger. The ginger works wonders for real, it's also suppose to be good for aches and pains in your joints.

PANCHO~~ I did check out the Carnitines and the acetyl was for brain power on most sites. Thanks for the info.

EVERYBODY, PLEASE DO A LITTLE RESEARCH ON YOUR OWN BEFORE BUYING THE CARNITINES. I WAS BUYING ACETYL-L-CARNITINE, HOWEVER, PANCHO STATED THAT IT IS THE CARNITINE TARTRATE THAT HELPS WITH THE WEIGHT LOST. I DO KNOW CLA IS A CHAMPION IN WEIGHT LOST AND MUSCLE GAIN.

DEBBIE ~~ I feel ya. It's not easyalways doing the right thing. There's always that one thing that can trip us up. I definitely believe in you and you do, too(that's the good new). For goodness sake don't beat yourself up, instead embrace yourself and love yourself and say to yourself , this in not my very best. We love you. I appreciate the article on sugar. I printed it out so I could share it with others.

Hello Bob, CountryMom4Him, Jecrites, Cherylo, Fillise, Monet, Mom2jared, and the rest have a great and wonderful day.

Later,
LJunel (slim and healthy)
