cholesterol frustration
 

Hi. I am using sugarbusters to lower my cholesterol, but only my LDL went down....twenty points. trouble is, it was normal. my triglycerides went UP and my HDL went down. I've worked my way into the diet, and am not completely on it, but have lost a size and feel much better than before. I'm to start medication soon, which cannot be helped. Its probably genetic since my dad and brothers have had issues with this. Anyway, I'm just frustrated.

ORIGAMI, please post your message on the SB WEEKL SUPPORT BOARD so all can see it. Maybe others who've possibly dealt with the same problem can give you some insight.
