Good morning.
So far this week I've been able to get all my morning walks in. The previous two evenings we had rain so it was a no go. They say more rain this afternoon so hopefully we can either get it in before or after the rain hits.

Good evening. We got in our four miles tonight. The sun is starting to go down a little sooner now so pretty soon we are going to have to start walking a little earlier.
My totals aren't gonna be close to last week but that aint gonna be bad. :) I can't wait till Sunday. I guess I'm getting lazy...LOL Love, Crystle |
Crystle, maybe you should cut back to once a day. Maybe yu are getting burned out.

Got in about 4 miles this morning.
Jack-K....thanks. Not getting burnt out just always tired and lazy come the end of the week. :) I enjoy my time out of the house with adult company. I do get tired of the hills. We have to walk those in the morning because she has a two year old and we have to stay by the house. But I wouldn't trade the time for anything. Love, Crystle |
Wed p.m. - hubby and I did tummy tape
I hope to get to the gym today when DD is in school as long as youngest DD co-operates and isn't too tired or "separation-laden." Since I won't be on the computer over the weekend (probably), this is the plan: Hubby & I will do tummy tape tonight I will go to the gym tomorrow a.m. I will go to the gym Monday a.m. since hubby is off work. |
Thursday - couldn't walk in the morning due to the rains - but actually managed 3.5 miles in the evening:D

Friday - 4.5 miles and 5 days under my belt this week. Will take off tomorrow and try to shoot for a walk on Sunday:D

Friday-- 11 minutes stretches, 29 minutes upper body, TBT.
I missed yesterday since we went to the lake, I will do lower body tomorrow to make up for it.....and to make my 5 days this week!! |

Good morning. Robert took the weekend off which is rare so I also took the weekend off. *smile* My totals for this week are:
36 miles 3083 calories 71,470 steps about 8 to 10 hours of walking Now if I could just get the eating to line up with the exercise. :D Love, Crystle |
