hi just started sb today have been reading the forums for a few days now... want to say this is the best out there... you guys do a great job of making the new not feel stupid .... not to mention the advice you give ..... ok enough of the gooey stuff please answer a few questions for me please ?????? what is agave where do you get it ??? wheat flour is it good or fair ?? how do you know how much to have do we count calories as well as sugar grams ???? is there a guideline to this ???? looked on the website for the diabetic's diet can i use this as a plan as well ??? for recipes actually ??? please help sorry this is so long just want to get it right... have to lose 20 lbs...... H_E_L_P _
