SB vs SBD Looks like the diets are similar, except I feel Sugar Buster is more real as you are supose to eat correct portion size with each meal. It does not have 3 or 4 phases. South beach does get confussing as Sugar Busters is straight forward.

SBD is like Atkins in the induction, then SB later. I think it has a faster weight loss in the beginning. It seems too complicated with all the phasing stuff. But SB was confusing in the beginning too I suppose.
