Wednesday--Power 90 sculpt. Did something to my knee again! At least it was near the end of the workout, so I got most of it in. I'll probably do the elliptical for a little while for my cardio and skip those darn lunges and squats in the sculpt for a bit.
Thursday--30 minutes on elliptical machine. Was feeling "blah" before doing my workout and was thinking maybe I wouldn't workout, but now I feel really great!
