  • Monday--31 minutes on the TM.

  • Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 40 minutes lower body TBT.

    Tuesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 32 minutes upper body TBT.
  • Tuesday..

    Yeah, got in my 3 miles tonight. It was 80, not bad after the rain, but very humid.

  • Monday--30 minutes Power 90 weights

    Tuesday--25 minutes on elliptical trainer. I just was not in the mood for Power 90 cardio--so at least I did something
  • Wednesday--Power 90 sculpt. Did something to my knee again! At least it was near the end of the workout, so I got most of it in. I'll probably do the elliptical for a little while for my cardio and skip those darn lunges and squats in the sculpt for a bit.
  • Wednesday-- 10 minutes stretches, 35 minutes lower body
  • Wednesday

    Got my 3 mile walk in.

  • Thursday-- 10 minutes stretches, 24 minutes upper body TBT.
    Fastest time, so got a good cardio also!!
  • Thursday--30 minutes on elliptical machine. Was feeling "blah" before doing my workout and was thinking maybe I wouldn't workout, but now I feel really great!

    Got our 3 mile walk in.

    Friday.....
    Got up at 5:30 and headed out, got 2 miles in before work.

    4 days this week. Yeah

    Ok dragged my butt to the gym
    30 minutes treadmill 1.5 miles
    25 minutes stairclimber 1 mile
  • Friday-- 10 minutes stretches, 33 minutes lower body TBT.
  • Saturday--30minutes Power 90 weights. Missed Friday.
