Hello, everybody -- I'm new here. I'm 30, as SAHM, live in Florida and am a former Atkid (like many others here, it seems) -- I initially lost about 13 pounds doing Atkins, then my weight loss stalled (probably because I found it very difficult to stick to that strict of an eating plan) -- I ended up quitting and gaining back about 17 pounds *cringe* -- so, I'm hoping to get back on track. Just wanted to introduce myself -- and does anyone know of any good places around the Tampa area to get SB-friendly foods?

A HFS I have near me NUTRIONSMART is suppose to have a branch over in Tampa. As for SB friendly foods, you shouldn't have a problem finding everything you need at either the regular grocery store or the HFS.
