Need advice - feel sick
Started SB a week ago. Been feeling pretty sick. Very weak, and I get queasy
when I eat. Prior to SB I ate almost no meat. Now, I eat it 3 times a day. Prior to SB I ate potatoes, pasta, rice, pancakes, grits, bread... Will my body adjust and I will start feeling better? |
When you start out you really should focus on eating legal, not the amount of food your eating. All I remember is eating loads of oranges in the beginning. I've been doing this a year now and if I don't eat enough or regularly I feel queasy. Try spacing your food out like 4 to 6 small meals instead of 3.
Maybe you should limit your proteins to fish and eggs if your not a big meat eater? |
why don't you incorporate some legal carbs? Especially in the morning. I felt ill a lot when I was doing Atkin's and could not handle so much protien. That's why this program is so much better. Even on Sugar Busters I can't eat a ton of protien--but if you can add some veggies or small amounts of carbs it will really help! Good luck!

I didn't eat meat very often before I started this, either. I stuck with beans, cheese and eggs for protein and incorporated meat little by little. Now I eat poultry and seafood. REd meat maybe once a month. Let me know if you want some meal suggestions. I'm new, but I'll try to help
