I'm here

Sorry I haven't been around for a while but it's been a bit of a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs (lots of downs!). I have been living in a bit of a fog of late and am trying to shake it off and get on with moving forward.

I have popped in from time to time and read the posts but have felt more like lurking in the background. I haven't felt like mixing with people lately (internet or in person) preferring to keep to myself and now realise that's not helping either!

I am trying to do some self exploration and soul searching to get my life and my eating in control. I want to get back on the boards so will make a promise to be on at least once this coming week!
