I'm a baby to the program, but I swore off all sugar last Aug 18 and have had no junk food of any kind, even sugar free. I've lost 28 pounds. But, I've had lots of carbs and have hit a stall for a while. I came across SB and since I've lost my cravings for sugar (I still can't bilieve it!!!) I figured I could do some switching from white flour to WW and white rice to brown etc. Howeer, it seems too good to be true. I've lost 4 pounds since last Monday and feel re-charged.
I would appreciate hearing some success stories.
