lactose-free skim milk...is it legal?

The kind I drink contains about 12 grams of sugar. I like to get my calcium naturally and like my Kashi with milk. Can anyone suggest something else? Also, please recommend some yogurts that can be eaten on SB. I've looked and even the non-fat, plain yogurts contain like 18 grams of sugar.
