Default Thin person with pcos

I have recently been diagnosed with Insulin Resistance/PCOS. I am at an appropriate weight for my height. I have gained about 8 lbs. since going off of birth control, but that still leaves me in a "normal" range. I have been on SB for 1 week now and I am wondering what changes I could/should make to the diet since I am thin. This is quite a change from my previous diet - but I know I need to make changes, I'm just wondering how to maintain my weight.

KATBIRD, I am going to copy your message on to the SB WEEKLY SUPPORT BOARD tomorrow morning, when we start the new weekly board so all the gals can see it and reply. I'd do so at this time, but I've been given a time limit from my son and I expect him to take the computer back at any second....
