MONDAY
Hard to do in more ways than one since being MIA from the exercise scene the past few weeks, but I FORCED myself out there and did my 4.5 miles in 53:21-not as bad as I thought it would be but boy, it sure was tough going!

Yesterday I spent about four hours cleaning my home office. Not as easy as it sounds. Let's put it this way: Rome wasn't built in a day. Now if only Felix the cat would quit scattering litter everywhere! :cry:

WEDNESDAY
Was able to do a little better time-wise today, took me 52 minutes flat to do my 4.5 miles:)

Tuesday
30 minutes on the treadmill.

Walked the dogs last night. Not as cold, but Jasper my Doberman still needed his sweater. Supposed to be a "wintery mix" tonight whatever that is. Sounds like some kind of seasoning mixture, but I think it's a combo of snow, sleet, freezing rain, and maybe just plain ol' rain. I guess "sloppy" isn't meteorologically correct. :shrug:

30 minutes on the treadmill

Friday
30 minutes on the old treadmill...this time with socks on to protect the burned feet! ;)
