MONDAY - 55 minutes of weight circuit training and cardio-building with my trainer. Whew!!!
TUESDAY - 25 minutes of interval cardio training on the stationary bike WEDNESDAY - 60 minutes of KILLER circuit training and ab work with trainer. OUCH! Hurts so good! [This message has been edited by MsLiz1956 (edited 02-28-2001).] |
