Does anyone know of any name brand (i.e. Kellogs, etc.) cereals that you can eat while on SB?

You can eat, Plain Quaker instant oatmeal, General Mills Whole grain oat Cheerios, Post Shredded Wheat N Bran, Uncle Sam's Cereal- this stuff is cheap and doesn't taste too bad, Kashi- I haven't been able to find this local but you can order it on-line at www.kashi.com, those are the only ones I know off hand.

I eat Fiber One-with 14 grams of fiber, it's pretty good. All bran is another one they list, but I don't care for that one as much.
