  • MONDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles
  • Monday
    Did 36 minutes on the stationary bike, 180 abs, ran 1 mile, walked 2.

  • Sunday - Completed TWO MILE WALK tape by Leslie Sansone. (I know this should have been on last weeks board but I missed posting yesterday so thought I would get it on to-day).

    Monday - Played 4 games of badminton plus a practice session
  • TUESDAY
    Did my 4.5 miles in 49:50
  • Tuesday
    Did a 1 mile run, then 2.5 mile walk with Cleo. Couldn't talk myself into lifting today, so I did 40 minutes stationary bike and 180 abs.

  • WEDNESDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 48:58. I added one small length of jogging, extended one length and then doubled-up on 7 jogs (deleting the walk in between 2 lengths).
  • Wednesday and Thursday
    Wednesday

    Forgot to post yesterday- Finally talked myself into an overdue lifting session, added a few more pounds to my bar, 180 abs. Then 1 mile run and 2 mile walk.

    Thursday

    42 minutes of intervals on the stationary bike, 180 abs, 1 mile run, 2 mile walk. Tennis this afternoon if I am still standing!

    Just walked 3.5 miles today-too hot, too windy and not in the mood to exercise more-so it's better than nothing
  • FRIDAY
    4.5 miles, with 17 jogs in 54:30-windy out there today!
  • Friday
    Did 1 hour heavy weights, 180 abs, 2 mile walk and lots of squats while cleaning up animal spew off the LR rug this am! UGH

    The sun finally came out, feels like summer in November! did a 4 .5 mile run, 180 abs.
  • Sunday
    Lifted heavy for 50 minutes, rode stationary bike for 25 minutes, 180 abs, then walked w/Cleo 2 miles. Spent the afternoon doing leaves. I'm pooped!
