Sunday - Completed TWO MILE WALK tape by Leslie Sansone. (I know this should have been on last weeks board but I missed posting yesterday so thought I would get it on to-day).
Monday - Played 4 games of badminton plus a practice session
Did 4.5 miles in 48:58. I added one small length of jogging, extended one length and then doubled-up on 7 jogs (deleting the walk in between 2 lengths).
Forgot to post yesterday- Finally talked myself into an overdue lifting session, added a few more pounds to my bar, 180 abs. Then 1 mile run and 2 mile walk.
Thursday
42 minutes of intervals on the stationary bike, 180 abs, 1 mile run, 2 mile walk. Tennis this afternoon if I am still standing!
