126 this morning; last Wed I was 128 so I feel pretty good!

120 is my goal; I know the last few pounds are tough but I'd sure like to make it by late May, anyway.

lost 2 more pounds since last WIW - this makes a total weight loss of 25 pounds which was my first mini goal. I still have a long way to go but I'm excited.

DH (out to sea) has lost 2.5 this week

- if we both keep this up we won't recognize each other when he gets back in the fall.

Well, last week I think I was b/t 135-136. I have been about 134-135. My first goal is 130, so I am close. I would really like to be back down to 125....but we might not make that one.

Started Atkins lost 9, then SB and lost the rest.

2 lbs more this morning - back to 160.
No problem. I am happy with being 160, it will just take longer to get down.
I don't cheat, but I also don't exercise enogh.

Ok...now I am happier!!!! I posted above and went and looked at last weeks post on WIW.
Last week i was 136-137 and this week 134-135!!!!!
Last week I was finishing up TOM, but it still feels like progress.

Stayed the same as last week, which makes me happier than if I was higher. Still well within my cushions at 120

Well today the scales were going b/t 132-133. I was pretty happy with that! Just a few more to go before I hit my first goal of 130.

Stuck at 160. I haven't lost any significant weight since....? It's been a while. Hopefully, It will be better soon.
